Meet Justin
Justin’s experience includes three decades of professional experience spanning several industries with over 20 years of senior management experience. He’s led organizations as small as 12 people and as large as 1,100 people. In every position he’s held, he’s encountered and overcome common workplace issues as both a manager and employee. He’s made several cross-industry transitions and helped those he’s mentored with many more, and he’s risen through the ranks time and time again. Ginger and Justin have been married since 2014. They share several shared hobbies, which include spending time with their eight grandkids, cooking, health and wellness, and travel. Their faith and commitment to their community are central to everything they do. Justin also enjoys woodworking (his favorite projects include an entertainment center, a kid’s water table, and backyard rock walls), playing video games and working on his classic truck named “Eidolon”*
